Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution in Oxford, NC is seeking a skilled MRO Buyer II to procure maintenance, repair, and operations goods and services, keeping the plant running smoothly with a focus on internal customer service and total cost optimization.

You will work with Storeroom, Production, Maintenance, and Engineering to develop purchasing strategies, monitor supplier performance, and ensure timely, accurate procurement through SAP, ARIBA, and Maximo.

Qualifications

• 5+ years MRO purchasing experience.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving.
• Experience with SAP and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Storeroom Manager with purchasing strategy for MRO categories.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Monitor and document vendor performance.
• Support cost-saving projects in MRO.
• Coordinate with maintenance, production, and engineering on MRO needs.
• Track usage and spend of indirect materials.
• Maintain Maximo files and lead times for inventories.
• Process POs in SAP and approve ARIBA invoices.
• Participate in cycle count and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a primary contact in Central Stores for internal customers.
