Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense Maritime, a Twenty-Six Defense company, seeks an MRO Coordinator I to manage requisitions, procurement and inventory for manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair. You will collaborate across departments to source materials supporting company initiatives.

Responsibilities include processing requests, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining CMMS records, and supporting budgeting through inventory analysis. Strong organizational skills and US citizenship are required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Willingness to learn specialized devices and adapt to new tools.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Receive requests for parts, tools and services and generate requisitions.
• Request RMA’s and quotes from suppliers and vendors.
• Request packer shippers and prepare items for delivery to outside vendors for repairs and calibration.
• Receive and distribute incoming orders to the technical team, update inventory levels based on received goods.
• Generate requisitions for low stock parts and consumable items flagged by the CMMS.
• Create and populate new parts records within the CMMS.
• Perform analysis of vending stock items to ensure min/max quantities are appropriate, make suggestions on adding or removing items based off usage.
• Maintain departments non-production orders and expenditures tracker to aid department manager in annual budgeting.
• Perform regular inventory level checks.
• Research alternate parts and tools based off of non-availability from normal suppliers.
• Other administrative tasks as required.
