Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years Outside Sales Experience – preferred.
• 5+ years Customer facing role – preferred.
• 3-5 years experience MRO/Distribution industry with an industry leading organization – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through partnership: execute sales strategy within a multi-state territory with Grainger leadership.
• Enable Grainger sellers: provide training, enablement tools, and technical support.
• Deliver customer-centric solutions: identify needs and deliver ceiling replacement/upgrade solutions.
• Own territory performance: manage promotions, pricing, gross margin, and KPIs.
• Leverage data to drive action: analyze Salesforce insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Promote accountability: implement follow-up strategies to ensure upgrades and progress toward goals.
• Champion customer experience: deliver solutions that improve aesthetics, acoustics, and performance.
