Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Channel Marketing Manager for the MRO channel. You will lead strategy, campaigns, and partnerships with major distributors to grow product adoption and drive revenue growth across maintenance and industrial end users.

You will collaborate with product marketing, sales, and digital teams, shaping training content, merchandising, and demand generation programs while managing budgets and KPIs. This role requires travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of B2B marketing experience with emphasis in channel marketing, distribution marketing, industrial marketing, or demand generation.
• Experience working with MRO distributors, industrial channels, commercial building products, manufacturing, or adjacent industries preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Experience collaborating with sales organizations and managing channel partner relationships.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and budget management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual MRO channel marketing strategy for distributor partners such as Grainger, MSC, Fastenal, and others.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, and channel partners to launch new products and solutions.
• Lead marketing strategy for priority growth segments among maintenance professionals and end users.
• Create training programs, educational content, and engagement initiatives to raise product awareness.
• Define merchandising programs, campaigns, incentives, and enablement tools for MRO audiences.
• Establish digital strategies with marketing operations and optimize distributor sites and portals.
• Monitor marketing plans alignment with sales goals and brand strategy.
• Manage the MRO channel marketing budget and ROI, with dashboards and KPIs.
• Identify market research needs and translate insights into channel actions.
