Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of B2B marketing experience with emphasis on channel marketing and demand generation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the annual MRO channel marketing strategy for distributor partners.
• Partner with product marketing, sales leadership, and channel partners to launch new products.
• Lead marketing strategy for growth segments: maintenance pros, facility managers, operations leaders.
• Create training programs, educational content, and engagement initiatives for product awareness.
• Define merchandising, promotions, incentives, and sales enablement tools for MRO audiences.
• Establish channel digital strategies with marketing operations for distributor websites and portals.
• Monitor budgets, measure ROI, and align plans with sales objectives and brand strategy.
