Qualifications

• ARRT MRI registry eligible within 1 year of hire.
• Active enrollment in MRI ARRT or ARMRIT program.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders and clarify with Radiologist when there are discrepancies.
• Identify patients using two identifiers and explain procedures.
• Review medical history in EMR and record on requisitions.
• Perform MRI scanning and assist physicians/PA during procedures.
• Maintain radiation safety and report equipment malfunctions.
