Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks an MRI Technologist I for PRN, part-time work. You will operate MRI scanners, prepare patients, and ensure safety and quality per departmental protocols.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders with radiologists, collecting medical histories, and assisting in invasive procedures while maintaining patient care standards and radiation safety practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiology or Nuclear Medicine program.
• MRI ARRT registry eligible or ARMRIT program required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners and related equipment per protocol.
• Verify orders with radiologist; obtain complete medical history.
• Prepare patients and document procedures.
• Maintain MRI safety and infection control standards.
• Assist in code blue situations and patient monitoring.
