Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine program.
• MRI ARRT registry eligibility or ARMRIT program required.
• MRI registry must be obtained within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders and refer to Radiologist when needed.
• Identify patients and prepare them with explanations of procedures.
• Interview patients and review EMR for pertinent history.
• Perform MRI exams and monitor safety during procedures.
• Administer IV contrast per protocol and document usage.
• Maintain equipment, radiation safety, and clean work areas.
