CentraState Healthcare System, Inc. is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI exams under leadership, ensuring patient safety and protocol adherence. The role emphasizes patient education, IV access for contrast when required, and careful equipment operation.

Qualified candidates should hold an Associate’s degree in Radiology, NJ-licensed ARRT or MR certification, and BLS. Prior MRI hospital experience is preferred; work is performed on-site in Freehold, NJ.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Radiology or graduate of an accredited radiology program.
• State RT License for ARRT through NJDEP, or MR Certification through ARMRIT.
• BLS certification through AHA.

Responsabilidades

• Perform MRI procedures producing high quality, reproducible scans per physician orders.
• Screen patients for contraindications; educate about the MRI process and address questions.
• Initiate IV access and administer contrast when needed; manage patient care.
• Operate and troubleshoot MRI equipment; perform routine checks and ensure image quality.
• Adhere to MRI safety standards and hospital policies; protect patients and staff.
