Job summary

Atlantic Health in New Jersey is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to operate MRI systems, interpret protocols, and contribute to high-quality imaging workflows across our facilities. You will adhere to MR safety standards, collaborate with clinicians, and ensure accurate image transmission via EPIC and PACS.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT certification, a 24-month Radiologic Technology program completion, BLS/CPR, and at least 2 years of MRI experience with Siemens equipment

Qualifications

Completion of a 24-month AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology.
ARRT Certification required; BLS/CPR certification.
IV Certification preferred.
2 years MRI experience; Siemens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Promote a culture of healing and accurately interpreting and performing MRI imaging protocols.
Practice in accordance with state, federal and professional standards.
Demonstrate knowledge of MR imaging equipment and basic troubleshooting.
Adhere to MR Safety standards and assess MR scans for technical quality.
Use EPIC and PACS to manage patient workflow and image transmission.
Competent with IV skills and preparing/administering contrast media.
