Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks an MRI Technologist at Reynolds Crossing to perform MRI exams, operate imaging equipment, and ensure patient safety. You will train new staff and assist in supervising MRI students while maintaining protocol standards.

The role requires ARRT MRI certification (or MR registries) and a year of MRI experience; LSB/CPR is expected. Excellent patient care and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced radiology department.

Qualifications

• Associate’s from an ARRT accredited institute (preferred).
• ARRT MRI registry or equivalent required/ MR registry preferred.
• State licensure preferred by state.
• BLS required at hire or prior to patient care.
• Experience in MRI department (1 year preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operates MRI system and related equipment per protocol.
• Safely positions patients and verifies history and consent.
• Administers contrast agents and monitors patient safety.
• Educates patients about exam and procedure.
• Participates in student education and staff onboarding.
• Contributes to QA and compliance with audits.
