Job summary

Bon Secours MRI Technologist - St. Francis Medical Center is a PRN role responsible for daily MRI modality operations under radiologist supervision. The position involves training and onboarding new staff and supervising MRI students, with emphasis on safety and high-quality imaging.

Required ARRT MRI registry or equivalent (MR) and state licensure preferred. 1 year MRI department experience preferred; EPIC/PACS experience highly beneficial. Competitive pay and benefits offered where eligible.

Qualifications

• MRI technologist with ARRT MRI certification; 1 year of MRI experience preferred.
• Proficient in patient safety, IV injections, and contrast administration as required by exam.
• Familiar with EPIC and PACS for image management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI system and coils per protocol and physician request.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new staff and students.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy during procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other staff to optimize imaging quality.
• Participate in quality improvement and audits as required.
