Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an MRI Technologist for The Jewish Hospital. The role performs MRI procedures per protocol under the Radiologist and physicians, and contributes to training and onboarding of new staff.

Required ARRT MRI Registry or ARMRIT, and applicable state licensure considerations. The position emphasizes patient safety, equipment operation, and collaboration with the radiology team.

Qualifications

• ARRT MRI registry is required or ARMRIT alternative.
• State licensure is preferred where required by state.
• BLS from American Heart Association is required at hire for locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI system and acquire images per established protocol.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new staff.
• Maintain safety, quality control and QA procedures.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy and safety during procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other departments.
