Job summary

RadNet is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI exams and provide patient-centered care. You will ensure safety and administer contrast as needed while following established protocols. The role requires ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification, a state license, and BLS certification, with at least one year of imaging experience.

You will work with a dedicated team to deliver accurate, timely imaging results and maintain patient privacy and comfort throughout the procedure.

Qualifications

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification is required.
• State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable.
• BLS certification is required.
• Venipuncture certification may be required depending on state regulations.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
• Assure patient safety by adhering to policies and protocols.
• Administer contrast as needed in a safe manner.
• Adjust TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness and FOV to produce high quality images.
• Guide patients through the procedure and address questions.
