Job summary

RadNet is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI exams and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced radiology setting. You will adjust parameters, administer contrast when needed, and guide patients through procedures with clear explanations.

Applicants should hold ARRT MR or ARMRIT credentials, a state license where required, and a valid BLS certificate, with 1+ year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification is required.
• State licensure in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology where applicable.
• BLS certification is required.
• Venipuncture certification may be required by state.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
• Assure patient safety by adhering to policies and protocols.
• Administer contrast as needed, safely and effectively.
• Explain equipment settings and adjustments to obtain quality images.
• Guide patients through exam procedures with clear communication.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
