Job summary

RadNet is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high quality MRI exams, ensuring patient safety, and preparing contrast as needed. The role requires ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification, a state radiologic license where applicable, BLS, and venipuncture cert. Experience in diagnostic imaging is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable.
• BLS certification.
• Venipuncture certificate may be required depending on state regulations.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality MRI exams on incoming patients.
• Assure patient safety by adhering to policies and established protocols.
• Administer contrast as needed in a safe and effective manner.
• Demonstrate ability to use MRI parameters to produce high quality images.
• Guide patients through the exam process with clear explanations.
