Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service (medical office preferred).
• Epic experience preferred; familiarity with EHR systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with excellent service.
• Handle registration, scheduling, and patient demographics review.
• Answer general inquiries and perform front desk duties.
• Manage appointments, phone triage, and referrals as needed.
• Verify insurance and assist with patient payments and documentation.
