Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar flow.
• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance.
• Answer general inquiries and direct to appropriate staff.
• Handle phone reception and patient triage.
• Collect payments and verify insurance as needed.
