IBJI seeks a professional, flexible, and positive coordinator to deliver exceptional patient-centered service, manage registrations and scheduling, handle inquiries, and support the team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in a customer service role (medical office preferred).
• Epic EHR experience preferred and knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with high-quality service.
• Registration/pre-registration of patient demographics and insurance.
• Appointment scheduling and front-desk phone triage.
• Verify insurance and manage referrals as needed.
• Maintain patient charts and assist with payments and copays.
• Support a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
