Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative – MRI to manage patient registration and check-in, and provide clinical support. The role coordinates prior authorizations to ensure patients have imaging coverage information.

This is a full-time position at our Stillwater & Woodbury MRI locations with weekday hours. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service, administrative or medical office experience, and knowledge of insurance prior authorizations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.
• Insurance prior authorization experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments and insurance information.
• Verify and document insurance information.
• Schedule patients in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment details and directions to patients.
• Verify imaging insurance coverage and benefits.
• Initiate and follow up on prior authorization requests.
