Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain top-tier customer service during patient check-in and status updates.
• Oversee patient tracking in the EMR while collecting co-pays and ensuring form completion.
• Verify, update, and scan patient information (new and returning).
• Complete patient check-out, collect outstanding balances, and schedule follow-ups.
