Job summary

Duke Health is seeking an Imaging Services leader at Duke Raleigh Hospital to oversee daily operations, staffing, and budget for the Imaging Department. You’ll ensure safety, compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and FDA standards, and drive performance improvements while coordinating with physicians and hospital leadership.

The role emphasizes collaboration across clinical departments, quality of care, and patient-centered imaging services. Extensive leadership in imaging is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in imaging department management.
• Supervisory experience in a radiology modality.
• ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the daily operation of assigned areas and staff.
• Develop, implement, maintain and enforce departmental programs, policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Oversee facilities, equipment, supplies, and materials for safe, efficient services.
• Market and promote Imaging services to referring physicians and build collaboration with departments.
