Job summary

Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC, seeks a Director of Imaging Services to lead operations across Diagnostic Radiology, MRI, Mammography, CT, Nuclear Medicine, PET, Ultrasound, and Radiology Nursing.

You will partner with campus leadership to align strategy with the Duke Quality System, oversee budgets, implement safety standards, and drive improvements in patient care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB certification is required.
• Preferred: Master's degree.
• Five years in Radiology with four years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop imaging goals, policies, and procedures aligned with health system strategy.
• Administer Imaging Services across all assigned areas and lead implementation of initiatives.
• Provide leadership for recruitment, retention, and career development programs.
• Lead quality improvement, safety standards, and competency assessments.
• Collaborate with campus leadership on facility utilization and operational alignment.
• Represent Imaging on multiple leadership committees.
