Job summary

Duke University Health System in Durham, NC seeks a Diagnostic Radiology Nurse Manager, Operations to lead and supervise the patient care area with a 24-hour approach. You will collaborate with the Vascular Interventional Radiology Operations Nurse Manager to ensure seamless clinical operations and patient care continuity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing (Master’s preferred), and leadership experience in critical care or ER settings is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise functions of assigned patient care area on a 24-hour basis.
• Support a collaborative co-leadership model with the Vascular Interventional Radiology Operations Nurse Manager.
• Develop programs that foster continued clinical development and staff satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate budgeting and resource planning for the unit.
