Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC seeks a Director of Imaging Operations to lead Imaging Services across Diagnostic Radiology, MRI, Mammography, CT, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound, ensuring alignment with health system strategies and delivering exceptional patient care and safety.

Qualifications

Five (5) years of progressive experience in Radiology.
Four (4) years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Certification as prescribed by ARRT, ARDMS, and/or NMTCB.

Responsibilities

Develop Imaging goals, objectives, policies, and procedures in alignment with health system and local campus strategies.
Administers and coordinates Imaging Services for all assigned areas (Diagnostic Radiology, MRI, Mammography, CT, Nuclear Medicine, PET, Ultrasound, Radiology Nursing).
Recommends action to administration for capital equipment and infrastructure; leads implementation.
Assists in growth planning and standardization in alignment with the Duke Quality System.
Collaborates with local campus leadership regarding facility utilization and patient care standards.
