Job summary

Philips in the United States seeks a District Modality Leader for MR to own the MRI business across GA, NC, and SC, driving orders, growth, market share and margins. The DML acts as MRI expert, guiding clinical and technical teams and developing individualized plans to maximize revenue in the territory.

This field role is travel-intensive and requires collaboration with Imaging Account Managers and District Sales Leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare sales, imaging, or clinical tech leadership.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI for forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own the MRI business for the district, driving orders, revenue growth, market share, and margin performance.
• Develop and execute district and territory-level MRI growth strategies tailored to competitive dynamics and customer needs.
• Partner with Imaging Account Managers and District Sales Leaders to advance opportunities, strengthen account plans, and close complex deals.
• Act as the district’s MRI expert, providing clinical, technical, and competitive guidance to sales teams and customers.
• Coach and develop field teams through joint customer engagements, pipeline reviews, and strategic deal support.
• Leverage data, forecasting, and market intelligence to improve visibility, prioritize opportunities, and optimize commercial execution.
