Job summary

Philips Iberica SAU is seeking a District Modality Leader for MR to drive MRI growth across GA, NC, SC. You will own the district MRI business, lead strategy, and guide IAMs with clinical and competitive insights to close complex deals.

This field role requires strong sales leadership without direct authority, data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel across a large territory. A Bachelor's degree and healthcare sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare sales or imaging leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proven track record in long-cycle, complex sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the MRI district business, driving revenue growth and market share.
• Develop and execute district MRI growth strategies.
• Partner with IAMs and District Sales Leaders to advance opportunities.
• Provide clinical, technical, and competitive guidance to teams and customers.
• Coach field teams and conduct pipeline reviews.
• Leverage data, forecasting, and market intel to optimize execution.
