Job summary

Philips is seeking a District Modality Leader for MR covering GA, NC, and SC. This field leadership role owns the MRI business in the district, drives orders, revenue growth, and margin performance through tailored growth strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

You will coach IAMs, partner with District Sales Leaders, and use data and forecasting tools to prioritize opportunities and win complex deals across a travel-heavy territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of success in healthcare sales, imaging, or clinical technology leadership.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex, long-cycle, team-selling environment.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce and PowerBI for forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own the MRI business for the district, driving orders, revenue growth, market share, and margin performance.
• Develop and execute district/territory MRI growth strategies tailored to competitive dynamics and customer needs.
• Partner with Imaging Account Managers and District Sales Leaders to advance opportunities and close complex deals.
• Act as the district MRI expert, providing clinical, technical, and competitive guidance to sales teams and customers.
• Coach and develop field teams through joint customer engagements and pipeline reviews.
