Philips is seeking a District Modality Leader for Diagnostic X-ray in the Southeast. The role owns district DXR strategy, coordinates IAMs, accounts teams, and leads through influence with data-driven plans. Travel 60-70% within the district.

You will mentor Clinical Product Specialists, support RFPs, build market presence through workshops and events, and maintain Salesforce forecasting and records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in medical capital equipment sales or clinical technology leadership in diagnostic imaging.
• Experience with long sales cycles, matrixed teams, and quota attainment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Clinical or Health Sciences or related field. Master’s may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Own the district DXR business strategy and territory plans for IAMs.
• Shape account plans, negotiations, and multi-stakeholder pursuits with district teams.
• Coach IAMs and Account Executives on DXR knowledge, positioning, and deal strategy.
• Direct Clinical Product Specialists and resources toward high-value opportunities and RFP input.
• Build Philips DXR market presence via reference sites, workshops, and industry events.
• Maintain Salesforce records, forecasting, and compliance with policies; travel 60–70%.
