Job summary

Philips is seeking a District Modality Leader for Diagnostic X-ray in the Southeast. You will own the district DXR strategy, develop territory plans for IAMs, and drive market visibility and revenue growth through targeted opportunities.

You will coach cross-functional teams, leverage clinical and technical expertise, and use Salesforce and Power BI to manage pipeline and forecasting. Expect 60–70% travel and field-based responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in medical capital equipment sales or clinical technology leadership.
• Experience with long sales cycles and cross-functional teamwork with quota attainment.
• Strong ability to translate clinical/technical knowledge into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own the district DXR business strategy and tailored territory plans for each Imaging Account Manager.
• Lead negotiations and complex multi-stakeholder pursuits; shape account plans.
• Coach IAMs and Account Executives on DXR knowledge and deal strategy.
• Monitor win/loss trends, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy; drive field support.
