As the exclusive representative for Philips Healthcare’s Diagnostic Imaging portfolio, Ascend Imaging is seeking a proven leader to oversee district performance, develop account managers, and execute growth strategies across MR, CT, and DXR. This role is responsible for business expansion, forecast accuracy, operational discipline, and team leadership across the district. Territory scope: (OR, W. WA, ID, WY, MT, UT, CO, NM, KS, NB) Must be located within territory boundaries.

Position Overview:
- Driving revenue growth across the district
- Managing forecast accuracy and funnel health
- Leading and developing Diagnostic Imaging Account Managers
- Aligning district strategy with corporate and Philips objectives

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute a district-wide growth strategy aligned with Philips priorities
- Identify whitespace opportunities and competitive displacement targets
- Drive new logo acquisition and installed base penetration
- Partner with Philips leadership on modality strategy and key pursuits
Forecast & Funnel Management
- Own district forecast accuracy and pipeline health
- Lead structured funnel reviews and deal coaching sessions
- Ensure disciplined Salesforce hygiene and opportunity management
- Identify risk early and implement recovery strategies
- Lead, mentor, and develop Diagnostic Imaging Account Managers
- Conduct regular ride-alongs and deal strategy sessions
- Drive accountability to performance metrics and activity standards
Operational & Process Excellence
- Standardize sales processes across the district
- Ensure alignment with pricing strategy and approval processes
- Monitor KPIs including win rate, cycle time, forecast accuracy, and modality mix
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Philips modality specialists, service, and operations teams
- Align district priorities with corporate leadership initiatives
- Represent district performance in executive reviews
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years medical device sales experience (capital equipment preferred)
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of capital sales cycles and hospital procurement processes
- Demonstrated success in forecast management and pipeline discipline
- Experience in diagnostic imaging (MR, CT, DXR) strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability
- Ability to travel within the district as needed
