The successful candidate will work closely with engineering support groups, ensuring compliance with repair processes and supporting program development. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dynamic component fabrication.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting in aerospace manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Drive Systems design principles.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Disposition defects and oversee repairs of flight articles.
• Attend root cause corrective action teams.
• Review and approve fabrication planning.
• Support program development and improvements.

Skills

SAP/CAMS systems experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in aerospace or automotive environment

Precision manufacturing processes knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
