Job summary

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience balancing cost, schedule, and prioritization within proposals.
• DoD security clearance readiness and citizenship requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Communicate vision and strategy across MRAD program and functions.
• Standardize best practices, tools, and cadence; support briefings up to LADS level.
• Lead transition-to-production efforts, manage risks, reviews, and negotiations.
• Represent Sr. Director in key discussions and build stakeholder relationships.
