Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced program leader for MRAD to guide cross-functional teams across program and functional organizations in a fast-paced DoD environment.

Onsite in Andover, MA, you will shape strategy, manage risks, and drive transition-to-production while partnering with stakeholders to build trusted relationships. A DoD clearance, 12+ years of experience, and IPT leadership are required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience balancing cost and schedule in proposals.
• Experience with EVMS planning, tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate vision, strategy, and cadence across program and functional teams.
• Lead transition-to-production, risk management, and gate reviews.
• Support contract negotiations and IPT leadership activities.
• Collaborate with Sr. Director and stakeholders to align on priorities.
