Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join the MRAD Product Area as a Belgium NASAMS Financial analyst, located in Andover, MA with a hybrid onsite/remote work arrangement. The role focuses on cost control, EVMS compliance, and financial execution for the Sentinel MRAD program in collaboration with IPT leads, CAMs, and program offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ with advanced degree).
• Experience with SAP or a similar cost accounting system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to government financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management.
• Provide monthly variance and data analysis.
• Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development.
• Establish and maintain program logs (MR,UB, BCRs, etc.).
• Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs).
• Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company tools and processes.
• Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
