Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA seeks an experienced program management professional for Risk & Opportunity (R&O) leadership. The role requires coordinating with program teams to identify, assess, and close R&O actions while ensuring schedules and budgets reflect risk handling plans.

You will work onsite with DoD clearance requirements and collaborate across IPTs, Finance, and Planning to drive program success and customer reporting. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management and cross-functional teams.
Clearance knowledge is required for the role.

Responsibilities

Develop partnerships across IPTs, the Program Office, Finance, Planning, and supporting functions.
Collaborate on Risk & Opportunity identification, assessment, and handling.
Drive compliant R&O management and best practices.
Facilitate ROMBs and workshops and create R&O metrics.
Document and drive R&O actions to closure with program teams.
Ensure IMS reflects R&O handling plans and reconcile EAC data.
