Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience integrating military systems in software, hardware, or systems test.
• Engineering leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
• Travel up to 50% to support mission execution at various locations.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis.
• Utilize modeling and simulation tools to predict system performance and support verification.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and evaluate functionality.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Document integration plans, verify requirements, and communicate results to leadership.
• Conduct statistical/numerical analysis of radar performance data to verify requirements.
• Decompose and track specifications across complex architectures.
