Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a Risk & Opportunity Project Manager to join the Product Support team onsite. You will support programs within the Global Patriot portfolio, lead R&O across lifecycle, and drive execution with cross-functional partners to achieve program objectives.

The role requires a university degree (or equivalent), 3–5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance. Travel ~10% and strong PM tool experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 3–5 years of relevant work.
• Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) management processes.
• Experience with earned value, cost/schedule/performance metrics, and PM tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program risk and opportunity across lifecycle phases.
• Execute R&O reporting and analysis to drive predictable results.
• Communicate effectively with internal partners across the Raytheon business.
• Collaborate with matrixed teams including PIs and IPTLs on program plans.
• Travel internationally and domestically (~10%) for activities.
