Job summary
RTX is seeking an Engineering Project Leader, Associate Director to shape radar technology strategy for next-generation ground and naval systems. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, contracts, and program management to capture opportunities and mature technologies.
The role requires a Top Secret clearance and deep expertise in software-defined apertures, AI/ML computing, digital beamforming, radar algorithms, and full lifecycle program execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
- Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Experience leading radar hardware/software development and program responses.
Responsibilities
- Develop capture strategies and lead project capture/management.
- Interact with customers to shape radar opportunities, white papers, proposals.
- Align teams to customer priorities through requirements, mission analysis and risk management.
- Lead technology roadmaps and critical technology development in radar.
- Produce technical white papers and proposal content across programs.
- Mentor and supervise engineers and technical staff.
- Manage portfolio investments and travel for customer engagements.
