Job summary

SERVPRO Team Shaw is seeking a Moving and Packing Project Manager to lead field crews on fire and water restoration projects. You will balance safety, quality, and speed while keeping clients informed and satisfied throughout the job lifecycle.

The role combines hands-on fieldwork with leadership duties, inventory management, and effective coordination with insureds, adjusters, and subcontractors. A strong service mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in moving or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and job-tracking software.
• Availability for on-call rotation, evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of technicians on restoration projects, ensuring safety and industry standards.
• Communicate with insureds on job sites and manage client expectations.
• Oversee job from start to finish, coordinating with adjusters and subcontractors.
• Ensure procedures and protocols are followed in the field and warehouse.
• Package contents carefully for transport and manage inventory across locations.
• Operate iCat and Proven Jobs systems for accurate documentation.
