SERVPRO is seeking a Moving Crew Lead to guide the Contents Moving Crew in residential and commercial restoration projects. You will lead operations, ensure safe packing and inventorying, and oversee vehicle movements with 16' box trucks and larger vehicles.

The role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to restore belongings and property efficiently during stressful situations.

Qualifications

• Proven professional moving experience required.
• Experience in disaster restoration (fire/water pack-outs) is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the Front: Supervise and direct the daily operations of the Contents Moving Crew.
• Care & Precision: Oversee packing, inventorying, loading, hauling, and setup of contents.
• Vehicle Operation: Safely drive 16' box trucks and larger vehicles to/from job sites.
