Job summary

SERVPRO Team Shaw is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects and project management staff. You’ll ensure work is completed safely, on schedule and within budget, upholding high quality and customer service standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s in construction management or equivalent, 5+ years in construction project management, and strong financial and contract administration skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday with some overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of construction or reconstruction project management.
• 2+ years in an operations, senior PM, or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and contract administration.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all active reconstruction projects to ensure compliance with scopes, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide direct supervision and accountability for PMs and Reconstruction Managers.
• Ensure projects have a detailed, approved schedule and monitor adherence.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and remove obstacles.
• Ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety regulations.
