Job summary

HPM is seeking a Move Manager to develop and execute move schedules, coordinate the move contractor, and prepare mover RFPs. You will lead kickoff meetings with clients and provide on-site support during moves to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong project coordination, knowledge of building codes, and experience in a corporate environment. A bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years experience coordinating moves within a large corporate environment.
• Knowledge of building codes, furniture systems and equipment related to move management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and a valid driver's license..

Responsibilities

• Receive and process client move requests and act as single point of contact for move management activities.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings with internal staff and stakeholders to ensure responsibilities are understood.
• Plan, coordinate and track move schedules, budgets and vendor invoices.
