Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of related customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and surveying of all non-Ace booked OA/DA and Military members household goods moves.
• Confer with internal and external customers by telephone or by email in order to provide information about products and services.
• Keep timely records in MoverSuite of internal and external customer interactions and transactions, recording details or inquiries and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Check to ensure appropriate changes were made to resolve customer problems and follow up as necessary.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and staff.
• Communicate to management escalations in a timely manner.
• Responds to emails from internal and external customers within 1-2 hours daily.
• Ensure proper visibility is in place by including appropriate aliases with every correspondence.
• Assist with coverage as assigned by supervisor as needed.
• Ad hoc reporting as assigned by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
