Job summary

Berger Moving & Storage is seeking an Operations Associate to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The role acts as the liaison between clients and Berger operations, ensuring accurate orders, documentation, and timely communication.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma (College degree preferred) and at least one year in logistics or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in logistics or similar role.
• Able to maintain an organized workspace and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong geographical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and maintain orders and billing documentation.
• Process shipping documents by destination, route, rate, and delivery time.
• Maintain customer data and orders in computer systems.
• Communicate with customers about availability, shipment dates, and status.
• Complete invoices, entries, schedules, and shipping documentation.
• Maintain and communicate status with appropriate parties.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
