Job summary

Berger Transfer & Storage, Inc. is seeking an OA/DA Coordinator to join our Portland, OR operations team.

You’ll be the main contact for external customers and transferees, coordinating origin moves, inbound shipments, and schedules with agents and the Berger team. The role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and timely decision-making, with responsibilities across scheduling, information accuracy, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Amazing organizational and multitasking skills are a must.
• Strong time management skills.
• Comfortable in a multitasking, fast paced work environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all origin agent moves with agents, customers and the Berger team to schedule and monitor shipments.
• Responsible for all inbound shipments and schedules deliveries.
• Produce complete and accurate information regarding service requirements and estimates.
• Provide accurate information to internal and external customers in collaboration with Operations, Sales and Customer Service Coordinators.
• Monitor and track pending and will-advise orders, including scheduling, cancellations and inactive orders.
