Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for 1st shift to support our residents with timely, quality maintenance and service. You will perform routine upkeep, respond to work orders, and help maintain safety and cleanliness across property areas.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic trades skills (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel between properties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and basic repairs to ensure quality move-in experience.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Perform maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Provide superior customer service and represent Cushman & Wakefield professionally.
