Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or vocational training.
• Related experience in building maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Respond promptly to resident requests in a professional manner.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and interior/exterior spaces; report concerns to supervisor.
• Assist with plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as needed.
• Attend training programs and perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Deliver excellent customer service and present a professional image at all times.
