Job summary

S2 Residential in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide outstanding service by completing requests for residents and common areas, and by proactively addressing potential issues on the property.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and lawn care tasks, support with turnovers, and uphold safety standards while delivering friendly, reliable support to residents.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver license and auto liability insurance.
• HVAC certificationType II or Universal EPA required.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests for residents and common areas.
• Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Repair/replace lighting fixtures and electrical components.
• Inspect and service HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Assist with unit turns, appliance checks, and safety inspections.
• Perform painting, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
