Job summary

Simpson House is seeking a Move-in & Marketing Coordinator in Philadelphia to support the Sales and Marketing team. You will compile reports, assist with event planning, and manage move-in paperwork while delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects.

The role requires at least two years in senior housing sales/marketing, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. This on-site position supports the team across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales and marketing experience in the senior industry or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective presenter with both large and small groups.
• Proficient in computer software including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular reports such as occupancy, waitlists, and move-in related paperwork.
• Assist residents and families through move-in process and coordinate tours.
• Update and manage marketing materials and collateral for distribution.
• Schedule sales appointments and support the sales team.
• Greet visitors and support the director of Sales and Marketing on daily tasks.
